Patella: The patella is the dogs knee cap. It is located in its groove in the center of the stifle (knee joint) of the femur (upper leg bone). Noor´s patella was checked by our vet September 2014. It has prima function / anatomy.

April 2018: Ovariohysterectomy. Noor had been struggling with pseudopregnancy after her last two heat periods with hormonal imbalance, milk production, nesting behaviour, mood swings etc. This is the first time we have experienced this in any of our Siberian huskies. We did not want her to have to endure more pseudopregnancies, knowing that they increase the risk of both mammary and uterine infections, and therefore decided with our veterinary that it would be better for her to be spayed, removing her ovaries and uterus. During surgery the vet discovered a cyst. This may possibly explain the hormonal imbalances that she was been going though?? But we don't know that for certain.

Sept 2016: Noor had to remove a broken molar tooth.

Dec 2015: Noor had a small round cell tumour close to the eye which cytologically is suggestive of a histiocytoma, but this dissapeared by the end of Jan 2016 and dit not need surgical excision.
