Team Snykovet: Easter 2013

We are spending Eeaster with our our good friends Katarina and Raymond, and their three Siberians Loke, Thule and Frost, at our cabin on the island Ringvassøya outside of Tromsø. With two kids and nine Siberian huskies we are keeping active and have not really payed much attention to the incredible ammounts of snow that keep coming from above. We have been on daily plowing expeditions on the sled both Ryamond and I, with teams of four and six, and Rune enjoyes skiing with teams of two. We have fished at the ice - taking part in the yearly Easter ice fishing competition at Skogsfjordvatnet - enjoyed bondfire with mashmallows and hotdogs, prepared and eaten lots of lovely food, I have even had time to do some knitting. Shasa is doing great and has established really well  in her new home with the rest of our dogs. She loves indoor life and getting lots of attention and cuddling. Lots of sledding, lots of laughter, lots of fun, happy dogs and happy people. What more could one want? The perfect Easter break!

Rune is in charge of the breakfast. The dogs are very interested in his smoked salmon. Wonder why?
