Balder with Rune on our way to Tobacco Trail 2025. He moved to us from Madeleine mid August 2021 (4 months old) - and won our hearth from day one. He is such a beautiful, sweet, cuddly and hard working boy. Sadly he gets really nervous around the smell of smoke, bonfires and barbequing. And he does not enjoy indoor cuddles - probably for the same reason - as we often heat the house with wood fire. He also stops eating, getting much to skinny, when the girls goes into heat, and we therefore decided that it was better for him to be castrated (December 2024). He consequently did fewer races this winter than the rest of the team. But now - half a year later - he is in his best condition ever - and we are looking forward to lots of races with him in years to come.
